We all feel tired some days; some more than others.
Oftentimes a good night’s sleep will help solve the problem.
I honestly can’t recall the last time I had a “good” night’s sleep though. Not that it would make a difference anyhow.
I’m way past the point of being tired.
I am fatigued.
Fatigue is one of the many symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. It feels like an excessive lack of energy which has been slowly taking over my whole body lately. It’s preventing me from concentrating on much, it’s causing my vision to be blurred and I am becoming less and less motivated and more and more irritable than ever.
I am mentally and physically exhausted. Napping is not in my vocabulary; I toss and turn until all hours of the night; I sleep in very short intervals and I often awake suddenly when I do finally doze off due to night terrors or by a jolt of adrenaline because my body and mind are always in constant overdrive.
I think I’m gonna try and soak it all up tonight in a warm bubble bath.
