Stress test. ✅
Holter monitor for the next 72 hours. ✅
Another day of appointments, squeezed in between navigating a full-time job and everything else life demands.
Another day of trying to get answers. Another day of managing things I never expected to be navigating.
The hardest part isn’t any one appointment or test. It’s the accumulation of it all. The physical exhaustion, the emotional weight, the uncertainty, and the constant juggling of everything while life keeps moving.
You see the checkmarks, but you don’t always see what it takes to get through them.
I’ll admit, today took a lot out of me.
