A Gentle Reminder Project Turns One

It was one year ago today that I launched my newest initiative @agentlereminderproject.

I’ve enjoyed every minute I’ve spent creating new designs for so many of you over the past year and I can’t thank you enough for all your support and kindness ❤️.

My gratitude for the support and praise and validation I continue to receive at every turn is immeasurable but I often forget just how much I owe it to myself too.

We all look for validation and praise from others at some point during our lives and what an amazing feeling it is when we receive it. That feeling of being supported is simply victorious.

But everytime I am creating a new design for someone else, whether it be on a keychain, a hoodie or a cosmetic pouch, each affirmation I create is also reminding me that I owe myself the same love that I so freely give to other people and that the most powerful lesson any of us can learn in life is that we need to be our own biggest cheerleaders.

It’s a sacred act of self-love and a gentle reminder to “stay true to yourself”, “celebrate your wins”, “never give up on your dreams”, “honour each and every baby step you take”, “give yourself a pat on the back” and most important; celebrate YOU because no matter what, no one can ever take away your accomplishments or successes or dreams that you made come true all on your own.

As a celebration of our one year anniversary of A Gentle Reminder Project we are offering 20% off all apparel (hoodies, crew, onesies, t’s) until Saturday.

Everytime you put on your hoodie et al you will be carrying with you a message of strength and inspiration for others to see or even a daily affirmation to yourself as you look in the mirror. And just remember, as you go about your day proudly spreading these positive messages know that your gentle reminder or words could help bring a smile to a stranger’s face or brighten up a loved one’s day or make a big difference in someone else’s life just by reading it!

**A portion of the proceeds go to support youth mental health initiatives.
